What is Hypnotherapy?
Many people have no real understanding as to what hypnotherapy is. So, if you have reached a point in your life where you feel that you need help, why choose hypnotherapy?
One of the key reasons is that you will have a relaxing, positive experience, while learning how to create and work towards your preferred future.

The trance element is a very natural process. We all go in and out of trance many times a day, rather like daydreaming, and the purpose of trance within the therapy session is to consolidate what has been discussed earlier.

You learn why past experiences and their consequences, learned habits and behaviours, are all influenced by the way we think. The more negative we are, the less able we are to cope, and the more stressed we become.
How many sessions will you need?
It may reassure you to know that we work quite quickly. The number of sessions required depends on the nature of the problem and your commitment to the process – on average 8 to 10 sessions, occasionally more.
We work in partnership, but hypnotherapy is not a passive therapy, and outcomes cannot always be guaranteed. The more you engage, the sooner you will notice a positive difference in the way you feel and begin to see how you can transform the way you live your life.
